What is the weight capacity of each step? The weight capacity of each step unit is a minimum of 500 pounds.

Am I able to buy directly from you? Only OEM's and distributors can purchase directly from ETD. 

Are there regional retail stores where I will be able to purchase your product?  Any RV dealership in your area can buy our products through the appropriate supply channels.  The dealership will sell you the product at a retail price.

Will my R.V. dealer have your steps in stock or will I have to wait?  Very rarely will an RV dealership stock steps.  There are so many makes and models of RV's and steps that it would be impossible to know what they actually need to stock.  Most dealerships can get the product within 3 days if they order it from a distributor.

Given the distance of the extension, will I have to add support for stability?  Adding a support jack or a set of step supports is not a requirement for any of our steps.  However, adding a support jack or stability jack or step support, on any step will greatly strength the step, reduce deflection (movement of the step under a load), and extend its life.  We have found that the bigger the step, the greater the deflection so adding a jack on the 3rd or 4th tread of the Quadra Step great stiffens the whole unit up.  Also, a step is only as strong as the surface or framework it is mounted to.
